True, but Michael was a pretty strong guy, I totally bought him taking out David.
Nanook basically waxed Paul, and the bathtub ended up being a neat trap set up by the Frog Bros. They just kinda distracted the vampire by throwing water on him while the dog did all the work.
Sam was kind of the main character, so it makes sense that he gets to take out one of the vampires with the bow and arrow, which was awesome. Death by stereo!

However, if Grandpa didn't show up at the end then Max would've got everyone in the room. He seemed too powerful for everyone.
He was my C.O. in Nam. CIA listed him as MIA but the V.A. ID'd his M.O. and put out an APB.
Yeah they're all pretty expendable to Max. He can always just convert others as he probably has done for thousands of years. But when Grandpa got him - that was the big deal.

shareNo, I don’t recall seeing such thing in the 2008 sequel. It’s been many years since I last saw that movie - in no hurry to see it again - but I’m sure that didn’t happen.
After all, the Frogg brothers did reunite in the third movie (The Thirst) and I think they both survived there as well. Always loved the thought of a Frogg brothers movie but I rather forget about those sequels and stick to the ‘87 classic.
