The Lost Boys (1987) Vs Fright Night (1985)?

I definitely prefer Fright Night a hell of a lot more!

I prefer the Lost Boys but love both movies.

Can't stop the signal.

I think the Lost Boys is better. It just has a better aesthetic in my opinion. It has a pretty good soundtrack too.

Fright Night is the best from Tom Holland - I think The Lost Boys is a better overall movie, not just a horror flick - but both are great, for different reasons. Fright Night had more atmosphere and creep factor whereas Lost Boys was more of a thriller IMO.

Near Dark is a better film-lover's film - and it had the most savagery and gave depth to vampires with some different twists.

It's a full moon . . .

Well, The Lost Boys is a hell of a lot better for me. I really like the atmosphere in Fright Night though.

Hey there, Johnny Boy, I hope you fry!

The Lost Boys. Fright Night is a classic though.

Really close but Lost boys gets the edge

I think Fright Night is alot better, however, I was never really into vampire flicks.

Fright Night was not my kind of movie. Lost Boys is way better, the ultimate vampire movie - scary, sexy and funny. The right mix of a great ensemble cast, awesome soundtrack, memorable characters, perfect setting & story plus some killer lines. No other vampire film, be it Fight Night or Near Dark (aka Lost Boys on valium), comes close to matching the attitude and energy of Lost Boys. It's a masterpiece.

I don't read the script, script reads me

Both are pretty damn good. I like The Lost Boys a little better, though.

Lost Boys moves faster and is beautiful to look at, but Fright Night has the better script and more substance.
