Where can I get the Tai Seng Version?

Anyone know where I can get the Tai Seng version of the film where its not on backorder?

I don't know where to buy it anymore; you might want to try a foreign distribution company. I can get a VHS copy from my library so a tape might be easier to find then a DVD.
