All Seven Continents?

From the IMDb synopsis for this film:

James Bond is living on the edge to stop an evil arms dealer from starting another world war. Bond crosses all seven continents in order to stop the evil Whitaker and General Koskov.

Eh, where in this movie does Bond visit North or South America (I know the Bond/Necros fight scene on the plane was really filmed in the U.S.A but that doesn't count), Oceania or Antartica? Misleading information methinks.

I noticed that as well. Not including alternative filming locations, the plot is set in:
Europe (Austria, the former Czechoslovakia, Italy, Gibraltar, and the UK)
Africa (Morocco)
Asia (Afghanistan)
At no time does the plot take place in North or South America, Australasia, or Antarctica.
