had to play the DVD from start to see who was responsable as i couldnt see it in the closing credits, but it turns out (i think) to be none other than one thomas newman. he who is best known for the much respected 'american beauty' score. anyway amazing piece of work and worth checking this film out for that alone (as if joan jett wasnt enough)

shareThe track is called 'Elegy' according to the soundtrack, which is long out of print. It really is an awesome piece of music, very ambient and atmospheric. I've been looking for this track since I used to own the cassette tape years ago. Does anyone out there know if this song is available to download anywhere? I would love to put it on my Mp3 player.
