... then why is it all sunny and warm and not even a modicum of snow and cold to be seen in the movie, its not like it is set in Australia. Was it meant to be artistic license or just not enough care put by the filmmakers in order to create a Christmas setting?

shareWhen watching it for the first time in years a while back, I forgot halfway through it took place at Christmas. And didn't remember til near the end when they crash through the house and into a fully decorated Christmas Tree.
