Kiefer Sutherland uncredited role?

So, I just watched this for the first time in a long time.....there's a reporter you get a good look at and even hear him saying a few lines at the end of the movie during the motorcade for Ritchie's funeral. If this guy is not Kiefer Sutherland, it's his twin......can anyone confirm/deny for me?

The reporter is actually played by LA radio DJ Rick Dees. He's also same guy earlier in the movie that introduces "Come on Let's Go" on the radio and gives away the pizza party with Ritchie.

It's Rick Dees. Used to be a local
Radio guy in LA in the 80s and 90s. Also wrote and sang the cheesy but popular disco song in the 70s. DISCO DUCK
