I like "Jocks" and that theme song "Power Play". It was one of my favorite b-movies on "Up All Night".

Yes it was a great movie to watch on USA UP ALL NIGHT! I just bought this movie along with 11 others man in a box set at Best Buy called Too Cool For School Collection and I will be talking about all of those movies on here too!

Well that box set had quite a few films that USA UP ALL NIGHT showed and I remember a lot of those films being advertised on TV. I took the chance and bought it. I loved the results because a lot of those movies have not been shown on TV like for ages!

That is great to hear Joe that you bought it! Jocks is a classic film and you do not see films like that made today due to "Politically Correctness" destroyed a lot of things!

I got this in a DVD box set from Best Buy last Friday called Too Cool For School Collection. It has 11 other classic movies from the same production company and a lot of the other movies I have not seen since USA UP ALL NIGHT was on. I loved this movie and thought it was great to watch!

I don't get why most people seemingly have to rate 1 or 10 for a film. I've seen a lot of "bad" films that I give 5's or 6's to based on the performances and entertainment. Truth be told, I haven't seen this film (yet), but I doubt it's that bad.

Warped, it's actually pretty good if you don't take it too serious.
This movie also holds plenty of nostalgia for me. Road trip to Vegas and partying all night, that's the life for me!

I still haven't watched my VHS of this, but I'll get to it eventually ... someday. I can't imagine anyone paying $40 for a DVD of this, and really this demands to be seen on an old VHS with a cover with a lot of stickers on it for maximum effect.

There were a lot of movies like this in the '80s, some good (like the Nerds films), some bad (way too many to mention), but as long as they're not boring, I find them worthwhile, harmless fun. These movies know what they want to be and have no pretense of being anything else. They're also great time capsules of an era that seems ancient now (and, sadly, is).

I don't think the rating was fair, this movie was pretty entertaining for it's type. I rather enjoyed it. (7 out of 10)
