Where's the Canadian documentary about "Ishtar" ?

I read year's ago that some Canadian had the brillant idea
to make a documentary about the "Ishtar" cult with interviews
from Elaine May to Quentin Tarantino etc.

It sounded like a really good idea and I would have loved to see it!
"Ishtar"(1987) is a subversive work of comedy genius...

Where's the doc ?
