Why such a low rating?

Just saw this for the first time last night and I enjoyed it. I never saw the other two in the series so I can't make a comparison. However, this movie deserves to be rated a lot higher than 1.8. The low score is ridiculous. This movie is a lot better than a lot of other movies, especially movies that were made from 2000-present.
