What Movie...?

There was a movie in the same era as Innerspace, but I can only remember one scene. The movie I tihkn had two androids, disguised as humans, and the scene I remember is the android guy at some fast food shop. He's sitting at a large table and I think some of the bad executives are there also. He escapes them by glueing there feet to the ground, with a glue stick on a mechanical arm which comes out of his leg. He also unscrews the table and tips it on the execs and runs off. Does anyone know what movie Im talking about?
