What do you think happened?

In case they don't have a sequel to Innerspace, what do you think happened to Jack, Tuck and Lydia after the final scene in Innerspace? What did Jack do after he quit Safeway? Feel free to take a guess at what happened to them.

Jack was distracted by the ending credits and fell off the cliff. Same thing happened to the cowboy while driving the limo. They all died. The lesson here: Don't read ending credits and drive!

Easy. As evidenced at the end of the film, Jack becomes obsessed with living in Tuck and Lydia's life. Because of his experience with them, he only finds power in himself when he's with them. He still feels that Tuck is the one that is 'making him strong', and Lydia is his sexual conquest since he has become so infatuated with her. He only becomes the man he wants to be when he is forced into these circumstances, so he finds many different ways to force himself back into similar ones. I may not have worded this the best, but I feel it is very accurate.

That's a fantastic idea.

Innerspace 2: Claustrophobia

20 years ago, Tuck and Lydia have raised a family and Tuck has left the air force. Lydia runs a successful marketing company. Tuck and Jack go fishing with Tuck's son. Tuck's son drowns and no one knows why, but Jack steps in to comfort them. What happens for the rest of the film sees Jack stalking them and it gets worse and worse, leading to the reveal that Jack killed the son out of jealousy for Tuck's love. Tuck and Jack end up fighting at the end and only Lydia can save the day.

After killing The Cowboy and the two shrunken evildoers, Jack is hired by Tuck as his limo driver and personal masseur as well as comedic jester for Lydia and punching bag for the kid. They all live happily ever after.

He went to rescue Lydia and Tuck from the Cowboy, as you see at the end of the film. I don't think they'll ever have a sequel because the film did poorly at the box office 20 years ago.

Okay, this actually made me laugh out loud and I'm at work.

Since Jack quit his job, he got kicked out of his apartment and became a heroin addict living on the streets.
Tuck started drinking again, got divorced and pretends to be a fighter pilot whilst running around shopping malls.
