i first saw this movie when i was 12 and i have loved it ever since. there are so many funny parts in it... when the dad says something like "what are you doing?" and sonny says "growing up". soooo funny.

This movie, Harold and Maude, and Birth...a little disturbing but this one is sweet. i just randomly found it chanel surfing...never heard of it before.

I first saw this movie in 1987 and loved it also. The story, setting, and narration was just perfect for me. I like a lot of the 80's romantic comedies, but it's hard to find them on DVD. The distribution companies are missing out by overlooking these movies.
