Why was their no topless scenes in the movie at all? That is all that I would like to know because they had tons of hot looking women in the movie make appearances but not topless scene at all!

I'm actually surprised they went for a PG rating. This film plays it very safe ... too safe.

Indeed. Considering he had a pact with the devil, I thought he'd make the most of his powers, like the guys in "Zapped." Instead, he seemed rather embarrassed by the attention. It felt a bit like a jiggle comedy or an episode of "The Love Boat." It's still fairly entertaining, but it could have been so much better.

Yes it was like a jiggle comedy all right or "The Love Boat" like you mentioned about. Yes it is entertaining and I loved this film when it came out. I have it in a collection that I bought I believe last year. It has tons of films that I remember watching when I was in my preteens or teenage years. I was 15 years old when this came out and I remember the commercials for it on TV.

I am surprised that they did have a woman drop her bikini top in one of those scenes or two women putting sun tan lotion on him. They could have done the bikini drop in a partial body shot, and it would not have been a big budget expense.
The closet they showed women having sex with him was Skeet's girlfriend. :(
I would have also liked to have seen him stroke/kiss a girl and she faints or use his bedroom eyes to stop a woman in her tracks.
I think they went too far in having all small breasted women in the film. :)
