"It Came from Uranus." It was a fake movie shot specifically for Howling III's theater scene.
According to the blu-ray audio commentary, Phillipe Mora said "It Came from Uranus" was actually a script he had written and tried to get produced and a producer read it and said "Phillipe... this is too high-brow!"
