memorable quote

There is a great quote from this movie. It's when the hobo Barnard Hughes (what is his characters name ?)is checking in at the YMCA/health club to take a shower. The girl at the desk treats him poorly because of his appearance. He comments to her "Courtesy pays dividends, and it doesn't cost a penny". I'm going from memory here, so...please correct me if it is not exact.

I love this quote because it is so true. I often think about it as I am given poor service or dealing with someone with a bad attitude. It's not rocket science. Be polite and courteous...treat people as you'd like to be treated. People appreciate this and remember it.
