Anyone got any copies of this TV series on video?
I'd love to get a copy of these! No chance of a DVD release from the company then?

GoldMonkey have a fairly good DVD transfer from VHS, including 1980's american adverts!
So, they were too lazy to even edit the vids? Eeek! No wonder I don't buy from the bootleggers.....

shareSorry to post this all across the threads, but I'm just so excited. I had a couple of odd episodes on VHS from when the series was originally broadcast, and today just got the ones I was missing on DVD.
I'll try and convert them and upload them to somewhere if I get time.
By the way, the original Pilot title (as on my copy) is 'The Highwayman'. It seems to have later been re-titled as 'Terror On The Blacktop' for later broadcasts as a stand-alone movie.
Any of this on youtube yet?

When this show came out... there was another one, it did not last long, but would be interesting to find.
It was about a black Pirate, who's ghost is caught in the future, but is hunted by these slimer looking purple things. all I can remember, but there was a speedboat that was black with a Skull and Crossbones on it.
I searched all over for it but nothing came up.
it was something called captain black jack, something like that. I can not remember most of it... i was just a kid at the time. But it has to be out there, cause my brother remembers it too.
