The only thing this film had going for it was the practical effects. The story sucked, characters sucked, the acting was terrible, the puzzle-box wasn't even a puzzle. Why do people like this exactly?
sharePersonally, I loved the story and the characters. I think it is very unique in comparison to most of the movies in the horror genre.
But yeah the puzzle box isnt much of a puzzle. Its more of a summoning tool/doorway than a straight up puzzle.
So what's a list of some of your favorite horror movies? I am fascinated to know, especially since you find Hellraiser to be "boring".
