shareShelley Long's actions when her family discovers she's returned from dead are bizarre. She seems to willingly forget or be blithely unconcerned with how something like that would traumatize...everyone.
That's why the film so idiotic.

I thought I was the only one. I loved the movie when I was a kid, but watching it recently as an adult is making me wonder why. The plot and especially Lucy's actions made no sense whatsoever.
shareIt's not a documentary. It's not a handbook for how to come back from the dead. It's a comedy, a fantasy, and of course, doesn't have to make sense. It's what my family calls a "cotton candy" movie. Light, sweet, and fun.
If you don't like it, just don't watch it. If you want to see something stupid, go back to the first "Terminator" movie. Talk about cringe-worthy!!
