Confusing Movie

This movie doesn't really have a clear message. It's not a horror movie it's just really disgusting in a few spots but I still found it interesting. At bare minimum they displayed multiple real human corpses. Removed internal organs of a child fully on screen after several frontals of the child completely naked. Burned alive about 100 rats and tortured a kitten (possibly killed.) There is no joy or happiness of any kind. There is no music whatsoever in the movie and the poorly dubbed version I got made it all the more worse.

I guess this is a reminder of the atrocities that occurred at Unit 731 but it doesn't say anything. It's like Schindler's List but without any Schindler. Earns it's reputation as a brutally ugly film.
