What Is the Quote That Burt Uses to Describe Himself...

To Peter MacNicol's character when he asks him for his qualifications. I've always thought it was a classic line.

Nevermind, I found it. It deserves to be on IMDB, for reference. It was my favorite part of the movie.

"Well, I've been knocked down, blown up, lied to, sh!t on, and shot at, so nothing suprises me much anymore except the things people do to each other. I'm not a virgin except in my heart. I'm a licensed pilot, everything from Jennies through jets. I've taught karate in Tokyo and lectured on economics at Wharton. I can memorize the front page of The New York Times in five minutes and repeat it back to you in five weeks. I can follow anyone anywhere from in front or behind. I can go forty-eight hours without sleep or a drop in efficiency. I can bench-press four hundred and fifty pounds ten times without a break and was national Golden Gloves champion three years in a row. I speak four languages fluently and can wrestle with a menu in five more."
"Jesus--" from Cyrus Kinick.
"--and don't interrupt me, I wasn't done, there's more!"
"More?"
"Yeah. I lie a lot."

Actually, I'm looking for another quote, or rather, Reynolds flick. It *could* be this one but somehow I don't think so. He plays some sort of low-key bodyguard (not sure actually, something along those lines) character who is friends with a prostitute who gets beaten up by some gangsters, which he goes on to get some revenge for. There's an awesome scene of slow-mo choreographed violence where he strolls into a room and just wastes an bunch of those jerks not using any weapons. In this context, I think, sbd asks him what the score is with him and violence and the reply is sth close to: "I don't particularly like it. I just happen to be good at it."

I thought mabe sbd in this thread here remembers from which movie that was.
