No one is commenting on this? Zuh?!?!?!

This used to air all the time on WGTW 48 here in Philly a few years back, when Monday nights were dedicated to some great anime movies. This being one of them.

Tell me I'm not the only one who remembers this movie.

Can anyone tell me if this is the anime I am thinking about? Years ago sometime in the 90's (I was rather young when I saw it), they aired an anime movie on Cartoon Network on night and it was about a young girl that was turned into a roach and as one of these little buggies, she was suppose to help them from going extinct or something like that I don't remember exactly but I know a girl was turned into a roach. Is this that movie or is that a different movie and could anyone tell me what it was called?

Vampires are so overrated. Thanks Underworld and Twilight!

I think this you are thinking of a different movie. I saw this a long time ago too but I remember it is anime mixed w/ live action and it's about a messy guy who lives w/ the roaches and it doesn't bother him and he gets a girlfriend and she plans to exterminate is apartment.

I found a link of a list of movies that has to do with roaches http://www.spout.com/members/0/tags/cockroach/MemberTagFilms.aspx

This was the first anime I ever saw! I have been trying to get hold of a copy or watch it somehow ever since. I remember it showed the human extermination of cockroaches from a cockroach point of view - leading to a massive guilt complex on my part!

This is a great movie. I remember watching it twice back in the early 90s. It doesn't seem to be available anywhere, though I just found it in 12 parts on YouTube.

I'll have to look that up, cuz something made me think about it the other day, and I can't even find it on kodi.

I saw this once when it aired in the 90s on cartoon network. That was around 20 years ago, and I would love to watch this again. I'm surprised this isn't any more popular. I always thought the story and idea was pretty cool.

I wouldn't mind if they reboot this, so maybe more people would see this. Right now it seems that not many people even know about it. Oh well. I guess I have weird taste.
