Anyone ever heard of this Svenghoulies thing?
Svenghoulie is famous in Chicago on WCIU. He will show from 9:00 at night until 11:00 all types of classic horror movies, low grade B movies, or anything else you can think of. I miss watching it on Saturday nights. I watched it for like 7 1/2 years while I lived up North. I wished that where I grew up at would have a independent station like WCIU because it was totally cool! They even had from 7:00 at night on a Saturday until 9:00 The Three Stooges! That was awesome to watch!

Hello again RobBase086-1 . I don't know if you have the channel MeTV ( Memorable entertainment Television ) but the SVENGOOLIE Show is now on that channel every Saturday night at 10PM . It is however currently in reruns because sadly actor Rich Koz had a heart attack this past November 2012 and is still recovering from it . I do wish him well and hope he will be back to being Svengoolie again . Still even with the reruns it is a lot of fun to watch just the same .
shareYes where I live at ms-zanadu I do pick up METV and where I live his show airs at 9:00 Central time every Saturday night. I somewhat heard something about him having a heartattack and that is sad to hear about. I hope that he is getting to feeling better and will be back soon so we can see new episodes of him. Yes it is a lot of fun watching the reruns all right. Ric Koz also use to host the 2 hours of The Three Stooges before SVENGOOLIE came on Saturday nights. It is a shame that they are not still showing the stooges shorts on METV. Thanks for the heads up!

shareYou are welcome! Great to hear from you once again. My first experience in watching Sven Ghoolie was when I went to Chicago in 1998 and then while I lived up North in Chicago from 2001 to 2009. Yes he shows a lot of great movies and is a great show to watch also.
