one scene that gives me goosebumps

The scene where Martha goes up in to the bedroom after seeing the light on, and when she opens the linen chest and sees the doll, and then they cut away for a second and when she looks back the clown doll is showings its teeth and the scary little nusury ryhme starts playing,
I get chills and goosebumps and have never had that feeling with any other movie. Pure creepy.

Yes, I totally agree...... that doll is terrifying. Those evil teeth are what nightmares are made of!!

That scene is not creepy at all, it's so funny that scene. The look on the clowns face is hilarious.

Not scary or creepy.

I found the little girl just standing in the basement right at the beginning to be the creepiest shot.

This and a few other scenes could have been really scary if they were executed better. Showing the clown happy in one shot facing the camera, and then cutting to it again a second later in a completely different position with those cheap wooden fangs? I laughed my ass off. The shots of the girl holding the clown doll in the basement were pretty effective however and that nursery rhyme was creepy as hell. The only evil clown moment that worked for me was the bathroom scene.
