It's about the ghost of a little girl and her evil clown doll haunting a house, a bunch of ham radio enthusiasts pick up a disturbing signal from said house (the spooky nursery rhyme and somebody screaming) and are picked off one by one by the girl, clown, and some random monster guy. I am absolutely terrible at describing things so if that didn't make sense than I'm sorry, there should be a better description of it on the imdb page.

I honestly think I've seen this movie, a long time ago, because I honestly remember the clown & ghost girl, but I can't remember.
I've seen so many horror movies growing up in the 80's that I can't honestly recall ALL of the ones I've seen vs. ones I haven't seen.
