im going up to kliengberg soon, and i was wondering what the address of the house was,maybe so i can pass drive by and take pictures..anyone know?

It's actually in King City, not Kleinburg. The King Heights subdivision - not sure of the address.

King City? Then why is there a pamphlet for a Kleinberg restaraunt on the notice board in the film?

You'd have to ask the filmmakers, but it was indeed filmed in King City.
