Tagline

I remember renting this movie because 1) it had Michael Caine and 2) because there was a funny tagline on the box. This site doesn't list a tagline for the movie, and it is driving me crazy that I can't remember. I'm not sure if it was the official movie tagline or just something they wrote on the VHS Box, but if anyone could tell me what it says I'd be appreciative. I think it ends with either "They were wrong" or something like that. Anyway there's gotta be a Fourth Protocol fan out there who can help me! Thanks in advance.

The front of my VHS box says:

NUCLEAR TERROR
When the clock goes straight up
so will two square miles of England

The back cover has the tag line:

The superpowers agreed not to hide
atomic bombs in each other's countries.
One of them lied.

On my DVD version the tagline is: The Unthinkable has just begun....
But this mentioned on the IMDB site too.
