My favourite!

This is probably my favourite film to feature Samo, Yuen and Jackie, not just for the fights but it's the best in film terms by far.

Call me a big softy but I like the romantic streak of the film and I like how the characters are so different from their usual stereotypes which is refreshing. The fights and comedy are absolutely spot on though and it's very well directed by Samo Hung. Really nice soundtrack too and the two female supports are excellent!

Wheels on meals comes a close second but Dragons Forever is the one I played the most in my VCR back in the day.

I am absolutely livid that they re-dubbed the film for the DVD version. The dialogue is different and it's nowhere near as funny. I really can't stand it when they do that and I've noticed a trend of adding in 'realistic' sound effects to old martial arts films too which destroys the feel completely.

If I can get a VCR again I'm going to rip my VHS copy then remove the audio and sync it up with the DVD print. Someone did this with Drunken Master recently and it's great hearing all those old voices again with a nice picture.

It's sad that this was the last time all three stars were in the same film together and I really hope that Jackie, Samo and Yuen Biao do one more film before age really sets in which, being in their 60's now might not be far off.
