no, in fact it's "Criminal" by Shannon (of "Let The Music Play" fame)

I'm watching this movie right now on ENCORE On-Demand for the very first time . I haven't got to ending of this movie yet . Just finished watching this excellent movie . It was the second song - Criminal by Shannon in the end credits but both the songs mentioned in this thread are in this movie too ( according to the end credits ) .
