The naked woman in bed

One of the characters was walking through a building (house?) and there was a woman in bed who jumped out and was crying. What is that actress' name? I wish that scene had lasted longer somehow, or had more of them. They could have had a nice long dragged out scene of her taking a shower. That would have been nice.
