Short hidden on DVD?
I noticed "Nocturne" is on the DVD, but I didn't find any way to access it from the menu.

If it's anything like the region two boxed set I have with Befrielsesbilleder hidden on it, try pressing your arrow keys different ways on the menu towards things that aren't show. For example, if the menu only lists options up and down, try pressing right and left of each option.
