Picture on Jamie's wall?

It's shown a few times, but only for brief moments. It appears to be a picture of a couple looking over someone in bed. I always assumed it was a picture of Jamie and his parents, but I guess it can't be because he says he can't remember what his parents look like. It stands out among his other pictures of planes and cars and things that young boys are into. So does anyone know what it is?
