Anybody notice?

Anybody notice in the begining When Luis meets with Lowry to see about getting the money Lowry owes him, after Lowry tells Luis he's broke, Luis hoists him up against the book shelf and Miguel asks if they would like anything else, the glass of iced tea on the tray has spilt but when it cuts back and Miguel walks away the glass of iced tea is full again like it never spilt?
