I love to sit in the corner!

That's my favorite seat in a restaurant or public place in general.
I like to see what's out there, what's happening, rather than facing the wall.
It's a good seat, it's protected and I can see everything else interesting.
If I'm not mistaken good manners say that the woman should sit with her back to the wall and/or walls, exactly so she is more protected.
What's wrong with sitting in the corner?
