This is one of those movies that, no matter when or what time of year you watch it, always seems to make me feel warm, relaxed and happy. Reminds me of the summers I used to have with my friends, when we had no worries, no jobs, not a care in the world. They sure don't make 'em like this anymore.

RIP Patrick Swayze, you were always one of my favourite actors and a great talent.

Same! Particularly when I was 17 and 18. I kind of felt adulthood coming but I didn't have to face it yet. Around this time I finished the book called, "Seventeenth Summer" and loved the song, "I Can't Stop Loving You" by Phil Collins.

I was 18 when this movie came out and I still love to watch it! Makes me feel warm and cozy!
