Director's Cut vs. Original version

I just (regrettably) sold my original dvd copy for the new blu, only to discover that a whopping 12 minutes have been cut!!

All I've found is someone saying that there are some ninja weapons cut and a rape scene. Anyone have any more details as to what was left out?

Finally, are there now two separate commentary tracks?
