Places to get the movie from?

I should've known this was going to be hard to get when Netflix didn't have it. So far I have gone through every Blockbuster, public library and movie store around my house to try and get a copy of this without success. Where did you get to see the movie? Is there any site where I can watch it?

This film has only been released on DVD in limited regions(for instance the UK and Australia). For the rest of us, we have to be content to find a used VHS tape on Ebay or buy a DVD from a foreign source.

It may take some effort, but well worth it IMO.
