The Sundance Channel Has It On The September '09 Schedule

Yeah, I Tivo'd it and just saw it last weekend. Great movie from a great director.

Unfortunately it was cropped, panned, and scanned. I was surprised, since Sundance usually shows films in their original format. But they butchered 'Thumbsucker' too. You can't pan-and-scan a 2.35:1 movie and hope to have much left.
