The woman in the church

I found it very odd that the woman in the church who is praying (or saying her rosary, I can't remember) opens her eyes to see the angel there with outstretched wings... and she starts screaming in abject terror like she's just seen Freddy Kruger there holding a severed head. I never got that. I mean - she's in church, she's praying, she seen an angel... and she screams???

Hmm maybe I just interpreted it as more of a religious experience rather than seeing a UFO or Bigfoot. If I were in church and I see an angel I would be more like, "Oh sh!t! They're REAL!!!" and would head to confession REALLY quick!

Hey, people react with shock in so many different manners. It probably wasn't something she expected to see upon opening her eyes.

I thought it was weird too since everyone else who saw her was captivated by her. Maybe her powers only worked on guys!

I just watched this movie for the first time tonight and that was my exact thought too. I know in a movie sense she probably didn't expect anything to be there when she opened her eyes, but she was screaming like she was witnessing a demon or something. Major overacting there lol.

I've never fooled anyone. I've let people fool themselves.
