The viewer reviews on Netflix tried to warn me

They were right, it was pretty bad. I'm going to try to watch it again, since I only got about 15 minutes in before I stopped watching. On a positive note, Jenny Agutter looked pretty good (as always) in that one-piece undie thing though. I was disappointed that she was using another accent in this; I do like her natural poshy one much better.

I finally watched the whole thing. I'm pretty sure it was fairly low-budget. The cast was actually pretty good, with some good character actors, such as Theodore Bikel and Kevin McCarthy. The potential was there with the story concept and cast, but the script and direction were sorely lacking. It's just smacked of a phoned-in made-for-TV movie that few of the actors really had their heart in.
