Train hotbox?

A bit of trivia.

At around 144 minutes a freight train is seen in the background. The second wagon appears to have flames coming out of its first axle.

This could be a 'hot box' where lubricating oil has come out of the axle box, or it could be brake shoes jammed on the wheel.

Thought I'd mention it!
