Am I the only one who thinks this is better?

I find it more enjoyable and is my favorite. It’s fun but maybe not necessarily the better of the two.

I prefer the first but I admit the second freaked me out more as a kid. I make sure all the homeless people I hit with my car get a proper ride afterwards.

I sort of think that The Raft is possibly slightly better than any of the segments in the first film, but I still find the original superior overall.

I preferred 2 as a kid. Now, I lean towards the original.

The first is the superior production but the second is probably more entertaining.

The first is more prestigious, due to being the original as opposed to a sequel, it has grander production values and more recgonizable faces and names. Given it has five segments it's more diverse, it's one-and-a-half times the length of the sequel. It's a great film.

The second is leaner and has the best segment in either film, The Raft, which really carries the film. The much shorter runtime helps for rewatchability. It also has two topless scenes and is probably gorier. The effects in the first are just as good but I think the second is more gruesome with the second and third segments being quite gory. The OST in the first is good but the main theme from Creepshow 2 is my favorite music piece in either film.

The first one has a better music, better animated segments and better stories.
