last song Chuck plays, on pedal steel

Does anybody know the name of the song Chuck plays at the very end, alone in his studio? It has such a familiar refrain but I just can't grasp it.

Did you figure it out?
I just finished watching the movie. Oddly, the end credits do not list the songs in the movie and even the IMDB Soundtrack page is blank. Weird.

According to the credits on the 4-disc DVD edition it's called "A Cottage for Sale".
I don't know any more than that.
