What a great song to end that or any movie with. But is that the correct title? Need help! Thanks.

It's called "A Cottage For Sale". I'm not sure who performed it originally, however, I know that Nat King Cole does a great version of it.

Billy Eckstine had a big hit with it in 1945, but I like Little Willie John's version from 1960 best.
