Does anyone think that the Wizard in this movie looks like the Evil Vizier in the Care Bears Nutcracker Suite?

shareHe reminds me of Jafar from Aladdin. Think about it. They both like kinda alike and sound kinda alike, both are evil wizards, both are scheming after the same basic thing. The main difference is that Jafar is way more evil and powerful. Also, Jafar has a single henchcharacter, whereas the Wizard has Dim and Dumb, which are more along the line of Pain and Panic from Hercules.
