DVD RELEASE

I HAVE HEARD THIS IS A GOOD FILM I WONDER IF ANYBODY KNOWS OF A RELEASE ON DVD REGION 1 OR 2

There are a couple of decent ideas, but overall the production is very low grade, as are the performances. The script feels like more of a first draft. Overall, I would not recommend it.

What are you talking about, this sure doesn't sound like a DVD release? Overall this would be a horrible idea to bring this movie out on DVD. The only resounding quality of this movie is the fine acting of Reggie Vaughn as George. Not recommended for the eyes of any human being, except JohnK9 who doesn't know what he is talking about, and is also a pod person.

A DVD release (not sure wich region) is scheduled for February 2007.
The movie is being released under the alternate title, "Outerworld".

You probably already know, but this has come out on DVD, and you can actually watch it on NetFlix's Instant viewing. I just did, and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Sure, it's ultra low budget. But the filmmakers' hearts were in the right place. They did a lot with a little, and I give them props for that.

Trailer I just saw today renamed it Outerworld and swapped in @#%&ing CG for the model work. Someone execute these morons please.

Both versions are featured on the DVD that I bought. I like the re-edit but I agree that I prefer the old model work. It's part of the charm.

This is a very low budget, semi professional production that showed a lot of imagination and a lot of heart. As such I find it very enjoyable and admire the passion and determination it takes to complete an entire project on such limited means.
