Did he mean to say Eddie? Or Frank?

In the scene where Wanda asks about the job Henry interviewed for
he says that he starts as Matre'dee at some place (made up?)
but he says "Frank's" name. Right after he asks "why'd it have to be Eddie?!?"
I get confused here, did he slip up and say Frank's (Stallone) name instead
of saying Eddie? Or maybe he is referring to an actual restaurant?
