What part of LA was that supposed to be?
The slimy grimy skid row bar scene that Henry was in
where you would see a sign that said "Cocktails" or
"Kenmore". Where is that? Enchino?
Hmm, don't know. But I used to live in LA and I recognise Frank And Hanks from the opening credits. It used to me my local bar. It's on Western, a couple of blocks down from 3rd, in Korea Town. A great lady called Snow runs it.
Next time I'm in LA im going to try and find them all... I HATE going to clubs where everyone is checking each other out and wearing all the latest fashions... I want cheap booze and a pool table.
The ski room one of the bars in the opening credits in now called "The Bar" on Sunset and Bronson next to a gas station.
