It has Fishbone in it....

Therefor it's one of the greatest movies ever made, regardless of the quality of the film itself.

I watched this movie more times than I care to remember growing up, only because The Mighty Fishbone was in it.

Talk about a GREAT live band. I wish they would tour more oftenm, as it's been a good five years since I last saw them.

the song they are covering is ornialy a Byron Lee & the Dragonaires song written in 1964 and sang by Annette Funicello on her album "At Bikini Beach".

And nobody cared about Fishbone or Ska until the 90s when the crap became a trend :/

I've always liked ska.. very little of the newer stuff though.

The older stuff is nothing like the stuff that was popular in the 90's.

Furthermore to call Fishbone a ska band, would be to sell them way short.

They play everything from ska... to funk... to metal.. to punk.. to soul...

They play each quite well also.
