They air a chopped up version of it. At least a 1/2 hour of material is cut, including the scene in the park with the yuppie moms, and the scene where she takes Elizabeth to the learning center is taken out too. Shameful!

It seems like no matter what channel I see this on, some part of it is missing. I believe on the "O" channel they cut out the part where JC is taking the baby's temperature.
Another time, whatever channel it was, left out the diaper changing scene.
It's such a cute movie, I'd like to see the whole thing for a change.
Here in England, they cut the bit where she screams 'I'M NOT A SUCESS!!!' and faints! It's my favourite part of the movie!

AMC did not make those cuts on the version that is airing now.
Sorry, I didn't mean that AMC made the cuts, I just meant that AMC and WE both air heavily edited versions of it. The edited version that airs on WE is the same cut that airs on AMC.

Just this morning watched Baby Boom via Tivo - AMC and it looks like the whole movie is intact.
